Jay Bowden

Mr. Bowden joined The Pasha Group in 2017, where his role includes oversight of all corporate financial activities. Prior to Pasha, he had various roles at Ports America, including CFO of the West Coast Container business unit and President of Ports America Outer Harbor Terminal at the Port of Oakland, following executive financial leadership positions at Embarcadero Systems Corporation, Marine Terminals Corporation, and Homestake Mining Company. Mr. Bowden has a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
