Raymond Fitzgerald

Raymond Fitzgerald joined The Pasha Group as President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2026. He brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex global logistics, shipping, and transportation organizations. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and advancing the strategic priorities of The Pasha Group’s operating divisions and subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Pasha, Mr. Fitzgerald served as Executive Advisor to the CEO and previously Chief Operating Officer at Crowley. Before that, he spent more than 20 years with Wallenius Wilhelmsen in a series of senior leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer of Wallenius Wilhelmsen and Chief Executive Officer of American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier, where he worked closely with the U.S. Department of Defense on national security logistics initiatives.

Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of Saint Francis University, where he earned a B.S. in Economics and Business Management, and has completed executive education programs at the University of Chicago and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He received the prestigious Admiral of the Ocean Sea Award in 2018.

He serves as Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board for the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, and also serves on the Board of Visitors for this federal merchant mariner academy.  Fitzgerald is a member of the International Executive Resources Group, National Defense Transportation Association, and National Freight Transportation Association.
