Clint McNair

Clint McNair recently joined The Pasha Group, bringing more than 25 years of strategic finance and operational leadership experience across management consulting and senior executive roles. He has served as CFO for several large, complex organizations spanning the technology, manufacturing, energy, and retail sectors.

Most recently, Clint was CFO of Equipment Depot, where he strengthened the company’s capital structure and helped lead the business to a record performance following significant supply chain disruptions. Prior to that, he served as CFO of PTW Group, one of North America’s largest electrical and instrumentation providers, where he led organizational transformation initiatives, drove EBITDA growth, improved liquidity, and enhanced working capital efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Clint was an equity partner with Deloitte, with leadership roles across Canada, South Africa, and New York. In this capacity, he advised organizations on complex accounting, governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise risk management.
