The Pasha Group is pleased to announce the implementation of a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system hosted by PlanetBids – PB System – provided at no cost to all interested businesses. This system will make doing business with The Pasha Group and its affiliates and subsidiaries easier by providing vendors with up-to-date information regarding bid requests. PB System allows interested suppliers, contractors, and service providers to register online and to receive email notifications of solicitations for goods and services pertinent to their business. Some procurement opportunities also allow vendors to download bid and contract documents, receive addenda, submit electronic bids, and view bid results through the PB System.
Both formal and informal solicitations may be processed through this system. All responses are due by the time indicated on each solicitation and late responses will not be accepted. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been obtained.
Solicitation documents are available for download from the PB System. Please note: Vendors are responsible for registering, maintaining up to date and accurate business profile information in the PB System. Since this is an automated notification system, if your email address is invalid, or inoperable, you will not receive solicitation notifications. We strongly suggest that vendors provide two email contact addresses in the spaces provided when registering their businesses, in order to minimize the chance of missing the automated email notifications. Vendors may edit their profile information at any time.

Vendors are responsible for contacting PlanetBids directly for technical assistance.
